It is unfortunate, but property sale chains do sometimes break - even on the day of exchange. Much time, and of course money, is invested in any property sale, so if this happens it can be time consuming, stressful and expensive. In such situations we have a solution to save the day.

Neville & Neville Estate Agents have cleverly used their financial contacts to develop their own chain breaking service. We organise and negotiate for a property to be purchased within the existing sales chain by our financial associates, so that our client's sale may still proceed successfully to exchange of contracts.
